A big thank you to Photoluminaire for the images below of my two sided wedding cake. Have a look at Andrews's website and facebook page for more fantastic images of the weddings he's photographed.
Just wanted to share my cake ball tower with you. It's not like the usual ones, this has a touch of elegance with hand made roses and a touch of sparkle. Lots of flavours will be added to my list, I've just not had the time to tweak them all and try them out (when you're trying to loose a few pounds it's not easy) hahahahah
Anyway, hope you like this cake ball tower, its made from cake and frosting and each ball is covered in a coating that is similar to chocolate. Very moreish and scrumptious even though I say so myself! The balls (and roses) are the only edible part.
Thanks for reading!
I'm really excited about showcasing my cakepops with you. I've been working on them for awhile now and thought it was about time I let you see them. I don't think I'm be making the novelty ones as to be honest they are very time consuming. To get all the details on those tiny little balls of deliciousness is a skill in itself and if not careful they can look untidy and messy if the finish is not right. (A fellow cakey friend Laura (That Cakes the Biscuit) calls them devil balls!!) I'm looking to supply classy and elegant cake pops that not only look great but they taste delicious and so moreish you'll want more than one. Check out my facebook page for up to date photos and I'll keep posting photos here when I get chance. Thanks for reading!
I've been so very busy lately that I forget about the blog. I will try and be more social media friendly and blog more often....maybe the young ones are just more with it than me.
Anyway, I just wanted to share some additional photos from my latest sea life cake. Even more detail on this cake than my previous one. Very personal cake and lots of fun to make (albeit a little stressful in this heat that we've been having lately.
Bye for now and I'll be back soon or see me on facebook.

Wedding cakes come in all shapes and sizes and I definitely enjoy the rich tasting and the fun factor. Had a blast this week. It's been tiring but well worth it. I've met lots of new couples this week at
