Had a great time at the wedding fair at The Oaks in Burnley today. Met some lovely people, both suppliers and brides to be with their families.

These two cakes were so popular at the wedding fair at Townley on Sunday. Lots of lovely compliments. It made me smile from ear to ear. I've had two more weddings booked for this year and two more for 2016. I'm filling up fast as I generally only take on one wedding cake per weekend. A £50-£100 deposit secures the date so don't leave it too long if you want me to make your wedding cake!

It's all happening here. Apart from the huge amounts of snow we are having at the moment, I've just collected my banner from Whitworth Prints and had a gorgeous rustic wedding cake stand delivered by www.facebook.com/princesstwinkles . I'll be making white chocolate ganache very soon.....watch this space for new rustic designs

New business cards have been delivered and I'm so pleased with them. I'll be using them in the up and coming wedding fairs in February hosted by Little White Books At The Higher Trapp Hotel near Burnley and Townley Hall in Burnley. Watch this space.....
